Involve, built on the principles of students as partners in change, seeks to unlock the agency of children in the teaching learning process. It aims to develop their leadership beyond classrooms, in their schools and communities.
Involves programs currently reach half-a-million children across 6 states in India, through partnerships with the government and other civil society organizations.
In our flagship program, Peer teaching and learning, we have students from senior grades or students at higher level of learning paired in small groups with learners. In these small groups students create and facilitate learning for each other.

This past year has been extraordinary. Our team grew to over 50 members, expanding our impact tenfold and reaching more students and communities than ever. Our peer teaching program, a first in India, is now validated by groundbreaking evidence, proving its effectiveness in enhancing student learning outcomes.
Looking to the future, we are excited to introduce Involve Vision 2030, our commitment to unlocking the agency of 10 million children in our schools today.

We will use innovative tech solutions to enhance our programs, making them more accessible and impactful for students in diverse regions.
We are committed to empowering students to take an active role in their education, fostering lifelong leadership and critical thinking skills.
Priyanshi, Kanak, and Anjali, as Nipun Champions, demonstrated remarkable leadership, initiating peer learning sessions to support Learners (Lower class students) in grasping complex concepts. They efficiently managed school records, including the Mid-Day Meal and Attendance registers, ensuring accuracy. Addressing challenges within their learner groups, they collaborated with teachers for effective solutions. Beyond academics, they infused positivity by writing inspiring quotes on the blackboard daily, fostering a culture of optimism.
Their collective efforts not only catalysed a culture of learning and leadership but also inspired others to follow their example. These four students emerged as change-makers, exemplifying the transformative potential of NIPUN Champions.
Our funding comes from the generosity of donors, organizations, and foundations who share our unwavering belief that every student deserves the chance to turn their dreams into reality. These passionate supporters invest in our mission, empowering us to open doors and unlock the immense potential within each future nation-builder. By providing opportunities for students to practice decision-making, we enable them to exercise their agency, confidently take control of their futures, and shape a brighter tomorrow.
Our funds are thoughtfully allocated to various critical areas to drive our mission forward. The largest portion supports HR, reflecting our dedication to attracting and retaining top talent. We also invest significantly in our central team and administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Resources are allocated to capacity building, training, and events, fostering continuous development and engagement. Additionally, funds support travel and stationery needs, enabling the logistical and operational aspects of our projects.
Involve’s Peer Learning program is an innovation capable of solving a challenge in the education system, and we are excited to support this young organization to continue to build their innovation.
